Terms and Conditions: Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received. Cancellation and amendments are free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick up time. An amendment fee of $25 is payable for changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled pick up time along with any difference in fare. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled pick up time and no-shows are charged at 100% of the fare quoted. Changes or cancellations due to Covid related restrictions will be considered on a case by case basis. Zoom FNQ is not liable in the event of failure of service due to mechanical breakdown, accident, traffic or weather conditions and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreeable time / date or partial refund for the unused portion of the fare. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused to the vehicle by them or any member of their party. Smoking, consumption of food or drink (other than plain water in a container with a lid), and drug use inside the vehicle are prohibited by law. Any fines / penalties will be directed to the client. The driver may at their own discretion terminate the run without refund for blatant indiscretions by the client or any member of their party. For airport, sea port, or rail arrival: An allowance of 45mins (Domestic) or 60mins (International) from the actual arrival time is included in the fare. Wait time will be charged at a rate of $25 per 15 minute block or part thereof after these allowances expire. If you are delayed beyond 60 mins your scheduled pick up time we will always try to accommodate you, however for operational reasons, you may have to wait for a vehicle and driver to become available. For all other journeys: Wait time will be charged at a rate of $25 per 15 minute block or part thereof for delays of more than 5 minutes past scheduled pick up times. Unplanned stops are not always possible and will be charged at $25 per 15 min block or part thereof. If you wish to add planned stops to your trip, these can be pre-booked at a discounted rate of $20 per 15 min block or part thereof.
